Through group coaching, an expert coach will offer a structured program to help managers address their leadership development goals in a small group of peers. By meeting every 2-3 weeks, managers will take action on their learning, reflect on the new things they’re trying, and use the group to gain new perspectives, accountability, and support. Managers will feel more connected as a manager community, and more confident as leaders. The shared accountability will also reinforce a culture that believes in reflection, action, feedback, and development.
