Agnieska is a certified coach with decades of experience in product leadership at Microsoft. Her goal as a coach is to help others develop into the leaders they want to be and purposefully navigate major life and career transitions.
As a coach who was a successful female leader in tech, she offers personal experience navigating workplace systems not optimized for women, and a strong track record of shaping positive, inclusive team cultures for all employees.
Born and raised in Krakow, Poland, she is an immigrant to the United States. As a self-taught programmer, she found a path into the tech industry through luck, tenacity, and kindness of mentors. She became a people manager early in her career and had the privilege to build and lead product teams across Microsoft (Microsoft Windows, Office, Visual Studio, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Graph).
Throughout her career, she has always coached and mentored people and teams, led diversity & inclusion initiatives, and sought to become a better leader and human.
In her free time she enjoys serving on the National Ski Patrol and volunteering in the outdoors.
