Our Process

How we will work together:

  • Team members and selected stakeholders take the assessment to provide feedback on the team’s effectiveness. The survey, which takes 5-20 minutes to complete, measures research-based items including: psychological safety, reliability, clarity, execution, and belonging. Afterward, each team member receives the outcomes in a detailed report that provides a clear and holistic picture of your team’s strengths and areas of opportunity.

  • If you want to uncover more about the underlying issues and support your team in making real change, we’ll interview members of the team 1:1 and then present back the themes/findings from those interviews to provide additional context. We find that many teams really value this part of the process, as it makes team members feel heard and prepares them for future improvements.

  • You’ll meet with a Regroup Coach to debrief your report and the findings from the interviews. In this coaching session, you’ll gain further understanding into your team’s current team dynamics, as well as what areas to focus on to improve your team’s health.

  • Your Regroup Coach will facilitate an interactive team conversation to help your team explore current team dynamics and ideas to improve team health. By focusing on “how” the team works together, you’ll help your team be intentional about their dynamics and culture – ultimately fostering more psychological safety and ownership of the team culture. Workshops can be virtual or in-person.


  • After you’ve had a chance to address your team’s development and areas of opportunity, it’s time to make sure you maintain momentum. In 6-9 months, we’ll invite your team to retake the assessment to help you stay on track and evaluate progress. Retaking the assessment also reinforces the message that you're committed to team health. Once again, we’ll support you and your team to continue improving team effectiveness.
