New leader
Onboarding

Streamline the success of
your company’s newest leaders
When you hire a new director or vice president (or promote someone from within your organization), there’s an inevitable pause in productivity.
In fact, studies show 92% of external and 72% of internal hires take more than 90 days to become fully effective in their roles.
Why?
It takes time to establish a new work rhythm.
The new leader needs to develop an understanding of the team’s needs, get up to speed on current projects, and establish trust.
Likewise, existing members of the team need to acclimate to the new leader by understanding his or her work style, expectations, and preferred methods of communication.
New Leader Integration (NLI) accelerates the onboarding process, creating a neutral forum for the exchange of ideas and feedback so everyone has the context they need to hit the ground running..
The Process
The Process
Week 1: Connect and collaborate
The new leader, a member of the HR team, and a Regroup Coach will create a collaborative plan for success, discuss goals, and establish timelines.
Week 2: Collect feedback and clarify next steps
Your Regroup Coach will facilitate a series of feedback sessions with the leadership team. Every member of the team will have an opportunity to participate, making the onboarding process a collective team effort.
Week 3: Take Action
The leader, the HR representative, and the Regroup Coach will delve into key takeaways and create a plan for moving forward. The leader will identify short- and long-term action items.
