Before transitioning to full-time coaching, Bobby served as Chief HR Officer for the City of Seattle. In that role, he provided strategic consultation to the executive cabinet and senior HR teams, driving impactful change at the highest levels of government. Today, he is a sought-after speaker on workplace culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and he actively serves on community boards to guide DEI policies and programs.
Throughout his career, Bobby has led transformative organizational change initiatives—enhancing HR policies, employee engagement, and overall organizational performance. A proud United States Army Combat Veteran with a decade of honorable service, he further honed his expertise in talent acquisition and human resources at major enterprise organizations. His extensive background spans recruitment, talent development, performance management, investigations, labor negotiations, collective bargaining, benefits administration, and employee separations.
Bobby holds a master’s degree in human resources management from UMass Global Campus, an executive coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and an Associate Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation.
