As a leadership development consultant, coach, and facilitator and a learning experience designer, Dané has made it her mission to engage with people in a way that inspires a sense of curiosity, possibility, and openness to all the universe has to offer.
Dané has engaged with companies of all sizes and in a variety of industries including but not limited to healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, hospitality, internet gaming, and software development. She also served as an adjunct faculty member at the Foster College of Business at Bradley University where she taught two management and leadership courses.
Before entering the leadership development world, Dané worked in hospitality, then spent several years in a leadership role at a healthcare system where she focused on marketing and communications for the system’s innovation agenda.
Clients have described Dané as instrumental in the development of key leaders and leadership teams. Her focus on self- and other-awareness, connection, and empathy and her ability to create meaningful development experiences and a space safe for honesty and vulnerability have led to breakthrough moments of growth for individuals and teams, leading to greater leadership alignment, commitment, and effectiveness.
Dané has a Bachelors’ in Public Relations and an MBA from Bradley University, holds a PCC from the International Coaches Federation, and engages in regular ongoing development to enhance her coaching, facilitation, and experience design capacities. She has formal training in the neuroscience of change, design thinking and innovation, intuitive coaching, needs-based communication, and various mindfulness practices. Dané is based in Des Moines, IA where she enjoys life with her partner, Matt, and their mischievous and lovable French Bulldog, Tony.
