As a former Head of People (at Kickstarter), Director, and Business Partner at Fortune 500 companies (NBCUniversal and Electronic Arts), Erika has expertise across all areas of HR.
When you don’t have the bandwidth to get it all done, Erika’s your reliable partner to help with anything that would benefit your company from a people perspective (ie. programs, processes, systems, etc).

Erika has a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine, and lives in the Southern California with her partner and adorable daughter.
