Mari is a certified coach with 17+ years of experience developing leaders at all levels and 9+ years experience coaching executives.

Mari believes leadership is a responsibility we all have to be ourselves and do our work even when the world is telling us we are wrong. She believes leadership is a skill that can be developed, and she has dedicated her career to helping others become the leaders they are meant to be.

Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Mari held various roles in people development and HR at Autodesk and Google.
