As an experienced executive coach and international facilitator, she finds tremendous reward working with teams to establish healthy and supportive systems that deliver tangible business results.
Melissa holds a B.A. in Communication from University of California, Santa Barbara, is a trained Co-Active Coach and currently lives in California with her spouse and two school-aged children.
