Nancy Paez Henriques

Nancy is an OD consultant for leaders to develop and sustain organizational effectiveness. Her expertise in change management, org design, and consultation on strategic direction is valued particularly by organizations undergoing transformation. She also coaches leaders and teams with a systems approach.

Nancy believes organizational health involves development at all levels (people, processes, culture) and is made possible by leadership readiness, willingness, and ability. Nancy’s background includes 8 years in People Operations at Google, where she assumed various roles – from Learning & Development Business Partner to People Partner and OD Practitioner, supporting various product areas globally, but primarily in the Americas regions. She also was a Regional coach for the Startup Founders Program.

Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Speech Communications and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from DePaul University, Kellstadt School of Business (Chicago). She is a certified coach through Co-Active, AoEC Systems Team Coach, and facilitator of different instruments including Change Style Indicator, Immunity to Change, Lumina Spark and Insights Discovery.

Prior to Google, she was a media advertising executive with a 20+ year industry career in Asia, Latin America and the USA.

Nancy is a Filipina-born American (Chicago is her US roots!), based out of São Paulo, Brazil with her two kids. She loves travel, sports, music, and speaks various languages (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, less fluent Mandarin).
