Rose Nemet is an experienced Human Resources professional and consultant with over 10 years of experience in various capacities from Senior Generalist, Sr. HR Business Partner, Director and Head of People Operations as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead. Rose works with small and mid-sized businesses to drive strategic HR initiatives, fostering positive workplace culture, establishing processes and procedures, and helping companies to scale their people operations. She loves jumping into the deep end and finding creative solutions for complex strategic and day to day HR problems. Specializing in hands-on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development, Rose has a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Rose brings with her a background in change management partnership within dynamic business environments. Most recently Rose has put her HR expertise to work as a Fractional HR Leader for startup and mid-size companies within the biotech and technology sectors. Prior to this Rose was Director of Global Human Resources for Energy Recovery Inc. (NASDAQ: ERII) and Head of People Operations for Filld Inc. Rose graduated with honors with a BA from the University of California Davis.
