Trista enjoys helping leaders build awareness about what’s going on in an organizational system and take action to move towards their goals. As the Founder and CEO of Regroup, she’s dedicated to helping organizations thrive. With over a decade of experience, including a notable tenure at Google, Trista specializes in developing managers, leaders, teams, and organizational culture.
In addition to leading Regroup, Trista’s an incredible consultant and facilitator. Her clients appreciate her ability to bring clarity to a complex organizational issue and her no-nonsense, but compassionate approach to helping a team or organization get unstuck. Her facilitation style is engaging and dynamic, focused on what’s needed in the room (whether virtual or in-person).
Before founding Regroup, Trista played a number of roles building organizational effectiveness at Google. She is most well-known for building and leading the global Team Development program to enable all teams at Google to get help to become more effective. This work scaled and operationalized the principles laid out in Google’s Team Effectiveness research, Project Aristotle.
Trista has a MS degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and is a certified coach through the Hudson Institute. She lives in Seattle, WA with a loving partner, two energetic daughters, and a flock of backyard chickens.
