A supportive matching process
A kickoff and goal-setting conversation
Twelve 60-minute coaching sessions (scheduled bi-weekly over 6 months)
A closing meeting to debrief learning and plan next steps

360-Feedback
For executive engagements, we generally do an interview-based 360-feedback process at the beginning (to inform development goals) and at the end (to get a pulse on progress). If you're in need of feedback, this is really helpful.
Alignment Sessions
For performance coaching, we also conduct two alignment sessions.
At the beginning, we meet with the coachee and coachee's leader to ensure they're aligned on the development goals. At the end, we schedule another meeting with the coachee and leader to evaluate progress and establish support and accountability going forward.
Leadership Assessments
We offer a variety of leadership assessments including: Birkman, Hogan, Leadership Circle, Enneagram, StrengthsFinder, and Energy Leadership Index. These can provide more insights to inform coaching goals and strategies.
